• About Maria del Mar Vazquez

Hi, I’m Maria del Mar. I’m a journalist with a crush on B2B content marketing.

  • Since I was 3 years old I already knew that I wanted to be a journalist when I grew up because I have always been a talkative and curious person. So, a few years ago, I made my dream come true and graduated in journalism.

  • After seeing that journalism was a dead end in Spain and in the middle of a global pandemic, I became interested  and trained in content writing, digital marketing and social media.

  • Since then, I started working in a marketing agency that is top 50 SEO in Barcelona and enjoy finding the right words to express what clients want to say about their brand.

  • As a copywriter, I a here to help you with your web copy. I write all types of pages, as well as blogs and social media content.

5 more things about me

I am an outgoing person who loves to socialize and meet new people. I find joy in engaging with others and building connections. I have a natural eye for detail, and I believe that hard work and value the effort put in is essential for achieving success.

I am always looking for opportunities to learn and develop personally and professionally. I believe that continuous growth is necessary for achieving my goals and living a fulfilling life. As a result, I created a personal project called "Sapere Aude" which uses journalism to promote self-discovery and visibility for mental health issues.

In my free time, I enjoy simple pleasures like travelling, reading books, practicing yoga, singing, and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy sharing my experiences on social media, especially when it comes to my travels and adventures.

I firmly believe in the power of persistence, and I live by the philosophy "Ever tried, ever failed. No matter, try again. Fail again, fail better." by Samuel Beckett. I am always looking for ways to improve myself and my life, and I am excited about what the future holds.

Although I was born in Barcelona, but now I’m living the hygge life in Copenhagen. For this reason, in addition to English, Spanish, Catalan and French, I can add a new language: Danish.
